In our Ayurvedic center, we invite you to explore the underlying principles of this ancient wisdom

Gunas Icon
Gunas:

These are fundamental qualities perceived through our five senses - hearing, touch, sight, taste, and smell. They help us understand the subtle characteristics of our environment and ourselves.

Dravys
Dravyas:

Representing matter, Dravyas are subdivided into five elements - ether, water, fire, air, and earth. They constitute the basic elements of all existence and are essential to our understanding of the universe.

Doshas
Doshas:

These dynamic forces represent movement in Ayurveda. There are three types of Doshas:

  • Kapha: Associated with immobility and stability, composed of earth and water elements.
  • Pitta: Embodies fire and some water, representing movement related to metabolism and transformation.
  • Vata: Representing true movement, composed of ether and air, characterized by lightness and mobility.

These three Doshas govern life and are pervasive in Ayurveda, forming the foundations of our existence and balance. Explore these concepts with us to discover how they can enrich your life and well-being.

Ayurveda is an ancient lifestyle offering a holistic approach to health and well-being. Ayurveda aims to restore physical, mental, and spiritual balance to achieve inner peace. We emphasize healthy eating and efficient digestion, considered the foundations of optimal health.

At the heart of our approach, you will discover the three pillars of Ayurveda: gunas (qualities perceived through the senses), dravyas (matter subdivided into five elements), and doshas (three forces governing life: Kapha, Pitta, and Vata).
